• 1 systematic follow-up 1 to 2 weeks following the start of treatment
• 1 follow-up 4 to 8 weeks following the start of treatment
• 1 follow-up 6 months following the start of treatment (if necessary)
• 1 follow-up 9 months following the start of treatment (if necessary)
• 1 follow-up 12 months following the start of treatment
• 1 follow-up every 12 months following the start of treatment thereafter.
