Clinique Apnée Sommeil CPAP (ASC) Terms and Conditions of Purchase
These Website Terms and Conditions of Purchase (the “Terms”) represent the agreement between you and Clinique ASC, owned and operated by Gestion LL Inc. located at 3455 Robert-Chevalier Street, Suite 212. Montreal QC H1A 3R7, also owns and operates. (“We”) of this website (the “Site”). The Site refers to the present Internet site bearing the URL www.cliniqueasc.ca
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of Products on this Site. “Product(s)” refers to any item offered for sale on the Site, including the services offered, and in particular CPAP machines, masks and accessories. Gestion LL Inc. permits you to access and use this Site conditionally upon your compliance with and observance of these Terms. By submitting an order on this Site, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Products
Clinique ASC strives to be as accurate as possible on the Site. However, Clinique ASC does not warrant that all product descriptions or other content of this Site will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a Product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to Clinique ASC in its original condition. For more information, please see our refund policy.
Site errors
Clinique ASC reserves the right to revoke any offer on this Site, cancel any order and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the Site at any time, even after an order has been submitted and even if the order has been accepted and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Clinique ASC will refund the full amount charged, via the original method of payment.
Pricing policy
Product prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown on the site are in Canadian dollars.
Sales tax policy
Clinique ASC collects and pays sales tax in accordance with the law.
Sale for Personal Use
Products offered on this Site are offered to end-users only, for personal use and not for resale.
Product return policy
All sales made via the Site are subject to Clinique ASC's Product Return Policy. Clinique ASC will refund you for any Product you return within ten (10) days of receipt of the Product, with the exception of a product on promotion and therefore deemed to be on final sale for which no refund is available. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
Conditions for the purchase of a Clinique ASC device
The purchase of a Clinique ASCP device requires a valid medical prescription. The prescription must include:
Your name and date of birth;
The type of device prescribed and its pressure setting;
Physician's signature
Protecting your personal information
Clinique ASC takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information in accordance with the privacy laws to which Clinique ASC is subject. Certain Clinique ASC staff members and your sleep specialist may have access to your personal information in the course of their duties. Clinique ASC's clinicians exchange information in order to carry out your treatment. Luc Lantagne is responsible for the confidentiality of your personal information at Clinique ASC.
Paying for your order
You can pay for your orders on the Site with a credit card issued and accepted in Canada, with a billing address in Canada. Payments are taken by our payment partner Shopify. We currently accept Visa®, AMEX®, MasterCard® Discover®, Diners Club®, Shop ®, Apple Pay ®, Google Pay® and Interac®.
Credit cards are charged upon confirmation of the online order on the site, including all shipping and handling fees.
Validating your order
After placing an order on the site, Clinique ASC will validate the information provided by you, verifying your payment method and billing address. Once the order has been completed, Clinique ASC will send you a notification of completion with a tracking number.
All orders placed on the Site are subject to product availability and will be shipped in accordance with Clinique ASC's shipping policy.
Campaigns / promotions / contests
Clinique ASC reserves the right to cancel, modify or reorganize any promotion, sale, contest, survey, etc., at any time and for any reason. Promo codes or promotional codes are valid until date of publication or communication, or until supplies last. Any unused portion will be void. Each coupon code is limited to one use per customer, per order. Offers are void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. They are not transferable and have no retroactive effect on items already purchased. Not valid on any resale activity. Products and support obtained under these Terms and Conditions are for your personal use and not for resale. Distributors and other resellers are not eligible for these offers.
Refund policy
Returns
Clinique Apnea Sleep CPAP Online will accept returns of any unopened product within 14 days of the delivery date. A returns processing fee of 25% will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please note that opened products cannot be returned. Please contact us before returning products to obtain a return authorization number from us.
Shipping policy
Conditions for free delivery
Shipping is free for all orders placed directly on www.cliniqueasc.ca or by mail order that meet the following conditions:
Clinique ASC Online offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99. All orders shipped within Canada are delivered by Canada Post, UPS or Purolator.
Delivery time
1 to 5 business days depending on region, weather and whether the order is backordered or on special order. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday only (except on statutory holidays).
We offer same-day express delivery within the CMM territory (other cities will be added). Charges apply.
Privacy policy
We're committed to your privacy!
We do not sell or share our customers' personal information with third parties, except as required by law. We collect and store information about the pages visited by our site visitors. We use this data to identify visitor behavior, which will help us improve the overall site experience. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites linked to www.cliniqueasc.ca.
