Product overview
The React Health Siesta 2™ Full Face CPAP Mask is available in three individual sizes: S, M, and L. Each variant includes a full face mask with a cushion corresponding to the selected size.
The Siesta 2™ Full Face Mask covers both the nose and mouth and is designed to non-invasively deliver airflow from a positive airway pressure device, such as a CPAP or bilevel device.
Its frame, without a forehead support, offers an unobstructed line of sight. Its crown-style headgear, with shorter and lower straps, is designed to promote a comfortable fit. The circular venting system integrated into the frame helps disperse exhaled air and reduce the airflow directed towards the eyes.
Detailed product description
The Siesta 2™ Full Face CPAP Mask is intended for adults who have been prescribed positive pressure therapy and who are looking for an interface that covers both the nose and mouth simultaneously.
Unlike the FitPack SFF21000CAN, this configuration is offered with only one cushion size per mask. The choice of the S, M, or L variant must therefore be made according to the size appropriate for the user.
Each complete mask includes the cushion of the selected size as well as the frame, connector, valve, elbow, swivel, clips, short tube, and headgear.
The frame without forehead support, the quick-release clips without magnets, and the circular venting are among the distinctive features of the Siesta 2™ Full Face.

-
- Wearing your React Health Siesta 2 Full Face Mask
Wearing the React Health Siesta Full Face Mask requires following precise steps to ensure a proper seal and comfort.
- Initial positioning: Place the top strap on the crown of the head and the other strap at the back. The cushion should cover both the mouth and the nose.
- Adjusting the bottom straps: Tighten the bottom straps snugly, but not excessively. You should be able to slide three fingers under the straps.
- Adjusting the top straps: Repeat the process for the top straps.
- Checking: Avoid constantly adjusting the velcro once you have found the right setting, in order to preserve its adhesion.
- Removing the mask: Use the quick-release clips by pushing the hooks forward on each side to remove the mask without disturbing the velcro settings.
Compatibility
The Siesta 2™ Full Face is designed to be used with a CPAP/APAP or bilevel device compatible with the user's prescription and therapeutic settings.
The mask must be used with an appropriate positive pressure therapy device and in accordance with the recommendations of a healthcare professional.
The mask's short tube connects to the air circuit via the swivel.
The S22001CAN headgear is shared with the Siesta 2™ Nasal, which can simplify management of replacement parts for users who alternate between these two types of masks.

-
It may also be suitable for users seeking a design with an unobstructed line of sight due to the absence of a forehead support.
-
The choice between sizes S, M, and L should be based on facial morphology and cushion fit.
-
The best full face CPAP mask is not necessarily the most popular one: it is the one that fits your face, your breathing, your sleeping position, and your treatment experience.

It is an alternative to consider alongside other minimalist full face masks such as the ResMed AirFit F30, ResMed AirFit F20, and Fisher & Paykel Evora Full Face.
This comparison is intended to outline the main design categories and does not constitute a clinical recommendation between brands.
Why this model?
The Siesta 2™ Full Face Mask is mainly distinguished by its design covering both the nose and mouth, its frame without forehead support, its crown-style headgear, and its circular ventilation system.
The availability in three variants—S, M, and L—allows you to order the specific size you are looking for directly if it is already known.
This configuration can be particularly interesting for a user who already knows their cushion size or who has received a size recommendation from a professional.
For someone still hesitating between several sizes, the Siesta 2™ Full Face FitPack SFF21000CAN may be a more practical option as it includes the S, M, and L cushions.

Respiratory Therapist Tips - My CPAP Expert©
Clinical perspectives
Choosing the size is particularly important with a full face mask. A cushion that is too small may not correctly cover the sealing area, while a cushion that is too large may hinder optimal mask positioning.
The correct size should allow the cushion to sit properly on the face while maintaining a comfortable seal.
What respiratory therapists observe in the clinic
In the clinic, sealing issues are not always related to the mask itself. An inadequate size, poor cushion positioning, overly tight headgear, or improper setup can all contribute to a poor experience.
The manufacturer notes that improper fit, the wrong size, or a poorly positioned cushion can lead to sealing issues or discomfort.
Common mistakes
❌ Over-tightening the headgear to try and correct a leak.
❌ Choosing a size solely based on the initial feeling without verifying the cushion positioning.
❌ Neglecting sleeping position when adjusting.
❌ Replacing the entire mask when the problem may be coming from the cushion or headgear.
❌ Neglecting to clean the ventilation openings.
Adjustment tips
- The mask should be adjusted enough to maintain a seal without unnecessarily squeezing the face.
- The headgear should provide sufficient support without being excessively tight.
- Adjustment should ideally be verified with the device running and at the appropriate therapeutic pressure whenever possible.
- If a leak occurs, it is better to check the cushion positioning and headgear fit first rather than simply tightening the straps.
Adherence tips
- Avoid over-tightening the headgear.
- Verify that the cushion is correctly positioned before changing strap tension.
- Keep components clean and dry.
- Pay special attention to areas where the mask contacts the face and adjust the position if marks or discomfort appear.
Situations where the Siesta 2™ Full Face may be particularly interesting
- The Siesta 2™ Full Face may be particularly interesting if mouth breathing occurs during sleep.
- It may also be relevant when an interface that simultaneously covers the nose and mouth is desired.
- Its design may suit users who appreciate an unobstructed line of sight due to the absence of a forehead support.
- It can also be interesting for a user who already knows their cushion size and wishes to order a full mask in that size directly.
This product may not be the best choice for you if…
- You are looking for a minimal interface covering a smaller surface area of the face.
- You breathe comfortably exclusively through your nose and prefer a nasal or nasal pillow interface.
- You are particularly sensitive to the feel of a full face mask.
- You are unable to achieve a good seal despite having the proper size and fit.
- Your facial structure or sleeping position is better suited to a different mask design.
Situations where another type of product might be preferable
- A nasal CPAP mask may be preferable for a user who breathes primarily through their nose and is looking for a less intrusive interface.
- A nasal pillows CPAP mask may be an interesting option for a user looking for a particularly lightweight and minimal interface.
- A FitPack may be preferable when the optimal cushion size has not yet been determined.
- A personalized assessment with a respiratory therapist can help determine the most appropriate design based on your facial structure, breathing, sleeping position, and treatment experience.
Care and replacement
Manufacturer's maintenance tips
- The mask and headgear should be cleaned by hand.
- After each use, the mask components, with the exception of the headgear, should be gently cleaned in warm water (approximately 30°C) with a mild, unscented liquid detergent, then rinsed with potable water and air-dried away from direct sunlight.
- The vent holes can be cleaned with a soft-bristled brush.
- The headgear should be hand-washed weekly with warm water and a mild, unscented liquid detergent.
- Products containing bleach, chlorine, alcohol, aromatic agents, moisturizers, antibacterial agents, or scented oils should not be used to clean mask components.
- Any part showing visible signs of deterioration, such as cracks, crazing, or tears, should be replaced.
- The manufacturer indicates an expected lifespan of one year from the date of first use.
Mon Expert CPAP© maintenance tips
- A clean and properly positioned cushion is essential to maintaining a good seal.
- If leaks occur, check the cushion’s position, cleanliness, and headgear fit before simply tightening it further.
- The cushion should be replaced when it shows signs of deterioration or when its condition compromises comfort or the seal.
- The headgear should be inspected regularly and replaced when it no longer keeps the mask properly in place.
- The vent holes must remain clean and unobstructed.
Replacement schedule
The React Health guide indicates, for PAP masks, a frame with cushion/pad at approximately 1 every 3 months, headgear at approximately 1 every 6 months, and replacement cushions according to the frequency indicated by the manufacturer and the applicable reimbursement system.
The React Health replacement guide indicates replacement frequencies intended for CPAP supplies and reimbursement. These component replacement frequencies must be interpreted according to the applicable rules established below and do not replace an individual assessment.
The replacement schedule should not be considered an absolute rule: the actual condition of the component remains an important factor in the decision to replace it.
Important: these indications constitute a reference replacement schedule and do not replace an assessment of the component's actual condition.
The exact schedule must be established according to:
-
- rules applicable to the patient's file;
- manufacturer recommendations;
- actual condition of the components;
- frequency of use;
- applicable insurance coverage;
-
healthcare team recommendations
Decision guide
Choosing the React Health Siesta 2™ Full Face CPAP Mask may be relevant if you are looking for a mask that covers both the nose and mouth and you already know which cushion size suits you.
The choice between S, M, and L should be made based on facial structure and the recommended fit.
If you are hesitating between several sizes, the Siesta 2™ Full Face FitPack SFF21000CAN may be more appropriate since it includes the S, M, and L cushions.
If your priority is an unobstructed line of vision, the frame without a forehead support is also worth considering.
If you are already using a full face mask and are primarily looking to replace a cushion or headgear, Siesta 2™ replacement parts can be chosen separately as needed.
Consult a respiratory therapist if leaks persist despite a proper fit, if the mask becomes uncomfortable, or if you are having difficulty determining the correct size.
Why choose Clinique ASC as your partner for respiratory health?
At Clinique ASC, choosing a CPAP mask is not just about selecting a size or model.
Our Mon Expert CPAP© 360° sleep respiratory therapy approach integrates respiratory therapy expertise with the patient's actual experience. Our role is to help you understand the differences between mask types so that we can consider your facial structure, breathing, sleeping position, comfort, seal, daily usage, and proper maintenance practices together to make an informed choice for your CPAP therapy experience.
For the Siesta 2™ Full Face mask, our value-added lies in supporting you through size selection, fit assistance, identifying potential causes of discomfort or leaks, and providing support for maintenance and component replacement before, during, and after your purchase.
Depending on available services, this support can be provided at home, via videoconference, by phone, or in the clinic.
The goal is simple: to help you find not just a mask that fits, but a CPAP solution that you will be able to use comfortably and regularly.
